Michael Rodgers joined Access Holdings in 2017 and is a Partner at the firm. Michael focuses on organization, portfolio management, diligence, and deal execution. 

Michael works closely with partner businesses to innovate and grow their platforms, identify acquisitions, and research market opportunities. Michael has worked in the private equity industry for nearly 20 years. Prior to joining Access Holdings in 2017, Michael worked at Credit Suisse, ABS Capital Partners, and Greenspring Associates. Michael received his MBA in Business Administration from the University of Oxford Saїd Business School and has a BA in Economics from Cornell University.
