Michael Lim

Michael joined Access Holdings in 2024 and is an Associate Vice President on the Finance and Operations team. As a member of the Finance and Operations team, Michael supports all areas of valuation, performance analytics and investor reporting. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing, managing and supporting all aspects of finance and accounting.

Michael has spent 13 years in the financial services industry, including 6 years in private equity. Prior to joining Access Holdings, Michael was a Director at Blackstone, valuing private equity and private credit investments as part of the Blackstone Alternative Asset Management business unit. Before Blackstone, Michael was a Vice President at One Equity Partners where he led private equity valuations, performance analytics and investor reporting. Michael has also spent time at Berkeley Research Group, Strategic Value Partners, AIG, EY and PwC.

Michael received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drake University.
