Merritt joined Access Holdings in 2020 and is a Senior Analyst on the Value Creation Team. As a member of the Value Creation Team, Merritt supports the Access Lead Lab and Investor Relations. In her role, she is responsible for supporting the digital lead generation efforts by sourcing add-on M&A opportunities or contract wins to accelerate overall volume of deals to meet strategic and financial goals.

Merritt has spent 1 year in the private equity industry. Prior to joining Access Holdings, Merritt was a Communications Specialist at RK&K where she supported the internal and external communications strategies of the firm. Merritt has received a Bachelors of Arts in International Business and Management from Dickinson College.
