Matthew Gardiner

Business Development Analyst

Baltimore, MD

Matty joined Access Holdings in 2023 and is a Business Development Analyst on the Value Creation team. As a member of the Value Creation team, Matty supports the firm’s Business Development pipeline for investment opportunities. He is responsible for accelerating growth for our portfolio companies through digital strategy and building relationships with potential partners for platform investments.

Prior to joining Access Holdings, Matty spent over 3 years in the sales organization at Okta, Inc (NASDAQ: OKTA). His responsibilities included identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and managing customer relationships.

Matty received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from Trinity College (CT).
