Chuck Azotea

Chuck Azotea joined Access Holdings in 2024 and is a Vice President on the Value Creation team. As a member of the team, Chuck supports the firm’s thesis development and value creation activities across the portfolio. In his role, Chuck is responsible for identifying, developing, and driving growth initiatives at portfolio companies along with building and enhancing value creation capabilities at Access.

Prior to joining Access Holdings Chuck was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where he advised industry-leading companies on their sales and marketing strategies. Before joining McKinsey & Company, Chuck spent over 14 years in the consumer goods industry where he focused on go-to-market planning, product development, and enterprise strategy. Chuck has an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
