Tom is an entrepreneur with over 35 years demonstrated success in private credit and equity investments dedicated to middle market companies.

Tom is the Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Stonegate Holdings. He is also the founder and former CEO and CIO of Maranon Capital. Tom has served on 21 corporate boards of directors, including ten as board chair and/or lead director.

Tom earned his MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
