Vinusha Narapareddy joined Access Holdings in 2026 as an Analyst on the Value Creation team. In this role, she supports the firm’s analytics initiatives, contributes to the development of new investment theses, and works with portfolio companies to drive value creation.

Vinusha interned with Access Holdings during the summer of 2025 before joining the firm full-time. Prior to Access, she gained experience at real estate investment firms and the World Bank Group. She graduated with honors from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Business & Global Affairs.
