Steve Chang transitioned to Senior Advisor at Access Holdings after serving as a Partner since 2019. In his current role, Steve focuses on thesis generation, deal origination, and pre- and post-investment value creation.

He played a central role in building the firm’s value creation programs and resources and continues to advise on enhancements that strengthen Access’ ability to drive growth. Steve works closely with portfolio companies on strategy, talent, and business building initiatives and currently serves as a Board Member at Zeus, WagWay, and Alliance Marine.

With more than 30 years of experience in private equity, management consulting, and service-oriented industries, Steve brings deep expertise in scaling businesses and driving operational impact. Prior to Access, he held leadership roles at LLR Partners, Adventeer Advisors, and Prophet Brand Strategy.

Steve earned his MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
