Sam Tidswell-Norrish joined Access Holdings as a Partner in 2025, where he leads the firm’s Fundraising, Investor Relations, Marketing, and Communications functions. He brings a wealth of experience and a forward-thinking perspective to the next generation of alternative investments, with a particular focus on building strong relationships and advancing Access’s investor relations, marketing, and communications efforts.

Before joining Access, Sam was part of the Founding Team & Managing Director at Motive Partners, a specialist private equity firm focused on financial technology investments across venture, growth, and buyout. From the firm’s formation in 2015 until January 2025, he played a key role in building the platform internationally, including developing the value-creation engine and in an operational leadership role within a portfolio company – Dun & Bradstreet – where he was EVP & CMO during their ownership.

In addition to his work in private equity, Sam has a passion for supporting people in achieving their potential, and as such serves as Chair of OPUS, a global platform supporting early-stage entrepreneurs by helping supercharge the founder journey. He also sits on the Board of the Chief of Staff Association (CSA) and previously served on the Board of the World Wide Web Foundation.
