Nicolas joined Access Holdings in 2025 and is an Associate on the Investor Relations Team. As a member of the Investor Relations Team, Nicolas supports fundraising efforts, investor engagement, and marketing strategies. He is responsible for supporting the creation of investment materials, managing digital content, and supporting day-to-day investor relations activities, events, and communications.

Nicolas has spent 3 years in Banking and Private Equity. Prior to joining Access Holdings Nicolas was an Analyst in the Investor Relations department at ARDIAN, supporting the firms fundraising initiatives across Private Equity Equity, Credit and Real Assets in Western Europe. Nicolas has received a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of California, Riverside and a Bachelors in Real Estate & Finance from The Technical University of Aschaffenburg, Germany.
