Maeve Couch joined Access Holdings in 2026 and is a Marketing and Communications Lead on the Investor Relations and Communications team. As a member of the Investor Relations and Communications team, Maeve is responsible for the Access brand and content strategy across owned, earned, and digital channels. She manages integrated campaigns aligned to investor relations, value creation, and business development initiatives, alongside media relations and PR.

Maeve has spent six years in financial services. Prior to joining Access Holdings, Maeve was a Marketing and Communications Manager at global venture capital firm, Antler, and at high growth fintech and financial services startups, managing global reputation, PR and media relations, digital marketing, corporate affairs, and investor communications. Maeve has received a Double Advanced Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Political Economy from the University of Sydney, Australia.
