Lucky joined Access Holdings in 2026 as a Principal on the Investing Team and Head of Business Development. He leads origination efforts and supports investment execution, thesis development, and portfolio management.

Lucky has spent 10 years in private equity. Before joining Access, Lucky was Co-Founder and Head of Business Development at CoreAI Capital, where he sourced and executed proprietary investment opportunities. Previously, he was a Principal and Head of Business Development at Branford Castle Partners. Earlier in his career, Lucky held investing roles at Alpine Investors and worked in M&A and management consulting at PwC. He received his BBA in Finance from Georgia State University.
