Lily Bagher is a Strategy Associate on the Value Creation team at Access Holdings, where she partners with portfolio leadership teams to execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence. Her work focuses on advancing enterprise-level priorities and strengthening the firm’s approach to scalable value creation.

Lily joined Access in 2024 as a Business Development Analyst, supporting firmwide growth initiatives and partnership development. She later served as an ACE within a portfolio company, where she contributed to strategic and operational projects as part of an immersive leadership experience designed to align execution with long-term value creation goals.

Lily holds a Master of Science in International Development from IE University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
