Lily Bagher

Lily Bagher joined Access Holdings in 2024 and is a Business Development Analyst on the Value Creation team. As a member of the Value Creation team, Lily supports the firm’s strategic initiatives to enhance growth and development for portfolio companies. She is responsible for generating leads and cultivating relationships for investment opportunities and portfolio companies. Lily is currently participating in the ACE Leadership Rotational Program at Foundation Partners Group. This immersive experience ensures alignment with the portfolio company’s destination plan, fosters operational excellence, and provides strategic support across critical departments. By allowing future leaders to immerse themselves into portfolio companies, the program not only provides key strategic personnel in key roles at the portfolio companies but also cultivates the next generation of leadership within the Access ecosystem.

Lily has a diverse background in business development, consulting, and research. Prior to joining Access Holdings, she contributed to revenue generation, client growth and retention, operations, and strategic outreach at GoBuyside.

Lily holds a Master of Science in International Development from IE University, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
