Lillian Winters joined Access Holdings in 2025 as the Office Manager. As a member of the Operations team, Lillian supports various team members and leaders to succeed in daily and long-term initiatives. In her role, she is responsible for scheduling, catering, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings.

Prior to joining Access Holdings Lillian was a Security Supervisor for Allied Universal, where she was responsible for overseeing and managing the security and maintenance of several apartment buildings. Lillian received a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelors in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park. Lillian is certified in Six Sigma project management methodologies and practices, having obtained both her green and black belt in 2024.
