Associate Vice President, Human Resources

Kate Hardy joined Access Holdings in 2019 and is an Associate Vice President of Human Relations on the Value Creation team. As a member of the value creation team, Kate leads the firms recruiting, training, and talent management initiatives. In her role she is responsible for driving recruiting efforts, talent programs, and employee engagement initiatives.

Kate received bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
