Julian Elguera joined Access Holdings in 2026 and is a Staff Accountant on the accounting team. As a member of the accounting team, Julian supports the Management Company’s day to day accounting operations with month-end close objectives, managing accounts payable and intercompany transactions, and assisting VP of Accounting with financial preparations.

Julian has spent 2 years in accounting. Prior to joining Access Holdings Julian was a Staff Accountant at Source One Business Services, where he was responsible for assurance & tax preparation for various clients. Julian has received a Bachelors in Accounting from Lycoming College.
