Jeff joined Access Holdings in 2026 and is a Principal on the Value Creation team. As a member of the Value Creation team, Jeff supports portfolio company strategy as head of the Strategy Pillar in the A2C. In his role, he is responsible for managing the destination planning process and leading post-close execution against company goals.

Jeff has spent 5 years in the private equity industry and more than 15 years in strategy and operations. Prior to joining Access Holdings, Jeff was a Founder and Managing Partner at Wynsum Partners, an independent sponsor growth equity firm investing in vertical SaaS companies. Prior to founding Wynsum Partners, Jeff led strategy and operations teams at several technology companies including Tesla, Shift Technologies, and Honeybook. Jeff started his career in management consulting, advising Fortune 500 companies on organic growth strategy with Treacy & Company. Jeff graduated from Middlebury College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
