Isaac Breen-Franklin joined Access Holdings in 2026 and is a Vice President on the investment team. He leads the firm’s real estate strategy across the portfolio, partnering with deal teams to align real estate initiatives with each investment thesis. Isaac oversees real estate acquisitions, development, and asset management, driving value creation and optimizing performance across portfolio companies.

Isaac brings 14 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Access Holdings, he was a Vice President at Goodstone, a Washington, D.C.–based developer, where he deployed more than $250 million in value-add and opportunistic real estate investments. Isaac earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Real Estate from Babson College.
