Eric Heiman joined Access Holdings in 2025 and is a Principal on the Investment Team. As a member of the Investment Team, Eric supports the firm’s thesis development, origination, deal execution, and portfolio management activities.

Eric has spent 13 years in various investing and financial services roles. Prior to joining Access Holdings, Eric was an investment professional and Senior Vice President on the private equity team at Brookfield Asset Management and began his career in investment banking at Lazard. Eric received his B.S. summa cum laude in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
