Ellen Kirk joined Access Holdings in 2021 and is a Senior Analyst on the Value Creation Team. As a member of the Value Creation Team, Ellen Kirk uses digital lead generation strategies to assist portfolio companies with add-on M&A opportunities or contract wins to accelerate overall volume of deals to meet strategic and financial goals.

Before joining Access Holdings, Ellen Kirk worked as a Senior Associate Program Lead for Customer Value Partners (CVP), responsible for quality and delivery for several Medicare Hospital Quality Reporting value-based purchasing programs.

Ellen Kirk graduated from the College of William & Mary with a Bachelors in Public Policy.
