Alex joined Access Holdings in 2026 and is an Associate on the HR team. As a member of the HR team, Alex supports talent strategy. In her role she is responsible for supporting internal and portfolio hiring.

Alex has spent 3 years recruiting across the alternative asset management industry. Prior to joining Access Holdings, Alex was a Recruiting Associate, advising PE/VC funds on investment professional hiring. Alex has received a Bachelor’s in Telecommunications from the University of Florida.
