Todd has extensive experience in financial services, leading organizations, investing, and mentoring company managements.

Todd retired from investment management firm T. Rowe Price where he was president and CEO of T. Rowe Price Global Investment Services, co-president, T. Rowe Price International, and member of the operating steering committee of the T. Rowe Price Group. He is founder of Ruppert International which has interests in and involvement with a diversified portfolio of companies globally. He serves as board member or advisor to numerous organizations globally and advises several substantial families on their investment activities. He is a venture partner at Greenspring Associates and a board member of INSEAD Business School.
