Laurie Woodruff

Laurie worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1973 to 2009, ending his career there as an audit partner and the leader of the Canadian audit and assurance practice. He was a member of the PwC Global Audit Leadership Team, the PwC Canada Leadership Group, and the PwC Canada Partnership Board. He was elected to the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (2001-2007).

After retirement, Laurie has served as a director and audit committee chair at Livingston International Inc. (2010-2019), Conversant Intellectual Property Management Inc. (2012-date), Foundation Partners Group, LLC (2020-date), and Regency Pet, LLC (2020-date). Most recently, he has been appointed to the Access Holdings Advisory Board in 2021. His professional designations and education include: Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (2003), Certified Public Accountant Illinois (2003), Chartered Accountant Ontario (1976), and BA in Economics and Politics from Oxford University in 1973.
