Kim Kile

Kim Kile joined Access Holdings in 2021 as the firm’s first-ever Head of Investor Relations, Fundraising, and Communications. 

As a member of Access’s senior management team, Kim leads fundraising efforts for the firm’s flagship funds, co-investments, and new products. She also sources and cultivates new relationships with potential investors and works closely with the firm’s existing limited partners. Kim is a trusted member of the executive team, analyzing financial trends, reporting on competitor behavior, and ensuring the best interests of Access’s investors are at the forefront of all investment decisions. 

Kim has nearly 20 years of private equity experience. Before joining Access Holdings, Kim worked at ABS Capital Partners, where she held roles in finance and operations, and most recently served as General Partner and head of fundraising, investor relations, marketing, and communications. Kim received her MBA in Finance from the University of Baltimore and has a BS in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
