Katie Leshinsky

Katie Leshinsky

Associate Director

Baltimore, MD

Katie joined Access Holdings in 2020 and is currently an Associate Director on the Investor Relations and Communications Team. In her role, Katie oversees all corporate communications and marketing, supports and enhances our portfolio companies communication strategies, and co-leads Access’ ESG Program. Katie has been instrumental in developing firm wide initiatives such as the Access Women’s Initiative.

Prior to joining Access Holdings, Katie led community and economic development at Tough Mudder, a global events company. Katie received her BA in Economics and Hospitality Management from James Madison University.
