Junaid Zaheer

Junaid Zaheer is a Strategy Principal at Access Holdings, delivering thoughtful counsel to platform companies and working closely with management partners to build operational capabilities. In his role, Junaid drives the development of innovative, digital solutions and processes that increase efficiencies and improve decision making to drive long-term growth and value creation objectives. He joined Access Holdings in 2020 and has more than 15 years of experience at top-tier consulting firms and Fortune 100 companies, where he specialized in strategy, growth, and transformation.

Prior to joining Access, Junaid served as a Vice President and Head of Strategic Initiatives at TEGNA and as a Senior Manager at A.T. Kearney. He received his MBA from Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business, MS from University of Maryland Baltimore, and earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.
