Hanna Tilaye

Hanna joined Access Holdings in 2022 and is a Human Resource Coordinator on the Human Resources Team. As a member of the HR Team, Hanna supports Recruiting effort and Benefits. In her role, she is responsible for supporting employee engagement, facilitating talent management, scheduling meetings and interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Hanna has spent more than 2 years in Human Resources. Prior to joining Access Holdings Hanna was a Human Resource Coordinator at Capital One. She supported the interview logistics team with HR processes at the corporate location. She also acted as a liaison between the recruiting and the hiring team. Hanna has received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from University of Maryland, College Park.
