Ashley joined Access Holdings in 2022 as an Analyst on the Investment Team. As a member of the Investment Team, Ashley supports origination, execution, and portfolio support activities.

Ashley has 2 years in Growth Equity experience, primarily in enterprise software and tech-enabled business services. Prior to joining Access Holdings, Ashley was a Senior Associate at Camden Partners, where she was responsible for deal sourcing, evaluation, execution, and portfolio monitoring. She also served as a Board Observer for MeetingPlay and Volly. Ashley received both her BS of Economics and MS of Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
